Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform assessments, develop nursing care plans, and implement interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ER setting.
License/Certification Requirements:
- Active MN License (non-compact state).
- NIHSS, BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), PALS, and TNCC certifications must be current.
Additional Requirements:
- Floating within the ER as needed.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- No on-call requirements.
- Requests for time off must be 7 days or less.
