Important Requirements:
- Education: BSN required
- Licensure/Certification: Active RN License; Multistate Compact License Required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Emergency Department; proficient with EPIC EMR; experience working in a high-acuity pediatric emergency setting; previous travel experience required
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC
Scheduling Requirements:
- Float Requirement: None
- Weekend Requirement: Every Second Weekend
- On-Call Requirement: None
Time Off Policy: No Requested Time Off (RTO) will be approved during the first two weeks of the assignment. **4 DAYS OR LESS OF TOTAL RTO ONLY** RTO BLACKOUT DATES: 11/25-11/27, 12/23-12/26, 12/30-1/2. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 2 OF THE 3 HOLIDAYS.
Float Policy: The facility reserves the right to float or reassign personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill guaranteed scheduled hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility, unless otherwise agreed to in the individual assignment confirmation.
Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Policy: Medical and religious exemption requests are accepted.
