Required Skills:
- Valid CA RN license
- Proven experience in labor and delivery or maternal health
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
- Knowledge of obstetric care protocols and emergencies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish
- Certifications such as NRP, TNCC, or ACLS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years' L&D experience
Other Requirements:
- Must hold current BLS and other relevant certifications
- Flexibility to work overnight hours
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
