Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Proven clinical skills in long-term care or skilled nursing settings
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working weekend shifts
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- At least 1-2 years of nursing experience in SNF or LTC environments
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 16 hrs Saturday and Sunday shifts, plus an 8-hour shift on Monday
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of skilled nursing
- Compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
