Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics
- BLS/CPR certification
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work overnight hours from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Ability to pass background checks and meet health screening requirements
