Required Skills
- Valid RN license with current state certification

- Ability to perform medication passes and occasional med cart coverage
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage urgent situations effectively
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety protocols
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience, with a supervisory background in LTC
Other Requirements
- Flexibility to work on Sundays through Thursdays, with no Friday or Saturday shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical aspects of the role
- Certification in CPR/BLS preferred
