- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
- Weekly Gross Pay Range: $2,100 – $2,200
- Weekly Housing Stipend: $770
- Overtime Pay: $75/hour (may be available)
- Guarantee Hours: 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as MDS Coordinator, managing resident assessments and care planning.
- Lead infection prevention and control efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Document Medicare and Medicaid requirements accurately.
- Respond promptly to urgent facility needs during on-call hours.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Experience with MDS processes and resident assessments.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid documentation and infection control protocols.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience as an Infection Preventionist.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and surveillance systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to function effectively as an Infection Preventionist and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility in Nebraska City, NE.
