Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Long Term Care in Rochester, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate care to older adults in a long-term care environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the care of 20 residents, collaborating with LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Direct patient care and assessments
- Documentation and implementation of the nursing plan of care
- Oversight of LPN and CNA colleagues
- Medication administration
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication, flexibility, and delegation skills. To qualify, you must have:
- New York State RN License (NYS RN License ONLY)
- At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- BLS certification from AHA (BLS AHA ONLY)
