Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors in operating, administering medications, and working with specific treatments.
- Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.
- Organize and prioritize care for multiple patients with varying needs and health stages.
- Maintain composure and function effectively in high-pressure, life-or-death situations.
- Communicate clearly with patients and their families, providing reassurance and information.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in an Emergency Department setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with patients and families in distress.
