Join our team as a Travel Pharmacist in Lake City, FL! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pharmacist with an active Florida license to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care. This contract position offers a mixed shift from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, allowing you to make a significant impact on patient health and safety.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Providing medication counseling and education to patients.
- Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting medication regimens as necessary.
