Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Emergency Department (ER) in Dublin, GA. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. This contract position offers an opportunity to work alongside experienced staff in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 22
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- Unit Staffing Description: Low acuity strategy, with techs and unit secretary available
- Type of Equipment: Life Pak, fluid warmers, rapid infusers
- Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling Requirements:
- 3 shifts a week
- 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
Floating Policy: May float to other areas as needed if low volumes in ER; rotates on who is floating.
Patient Experience Requirements: Compassion, caring, teamwork.
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS (ENPC, TNCC preferred but not required).
Dress Code: Black scrubs, black scrub jacket if needed; white, gray, or black shirt may be worn under scrub top.
Additional Information: The facility boasts long-term experienced staff, with some having 20-30 years in the ED. Teamwork is emphasized, creating a family atmosphere. Security is on-site, and the scheduling is responsive to departmental needs while accommodating reasonable requests.
