Director of Finance:

 

GLC Executive is actively recruiting for a strategic, hands-on Director of Finance for a growing private equity portfolio company. This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who combines technical expertise with the ability to influence business decisions at the highest level.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a dynamic financial projection model (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) with focus on cash position, lender covenants, and multi-year planning.
  • Conduct Direct Contribution Margin (DCM) analyses by SKU/commodity and “what-if” scenario modeling.
  • Perform ROI analysis for new lines of business and growth initiatives.
  • Develop annual and 5-year budgets for Board presentation.
  • Provide market share and white space analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Track and project key growth initiatives and operational performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the CFO and private equity partners to drive strategic decisions.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in private equity or PE portfolio companies, with strong FP&A background.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and financial modeling, with ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Strategic, analytical thinker who can influence business outcomes.
