Position Overview:

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of HR will lead all aspects of human resources, with a core focus on recruitment, learning and development, performance management, employee relations, internal communications, payroll, and compliance. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the executive team and a proactive leader who can influence culture and support business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and onboard top-tier talent across multiple functions, aligning with the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Learning & Development: Develop and implement scalable learning programs that support continuous employee growth and leadership development.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes that drive accountability, feedback, and alignment with company goals.
  • Employee Relations: Champion a positive employee experience, resolving workplace issues effectively and fostering engagement.
  • Internal Communications: Design and manage internal communications strategies to ensure clarity, transparency, and cultural alignment.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate payroll operations and adherence to all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven HR leadership experience (7+ years), ideally within high-growth technology or financial services environments.
  • Deep expertise in recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI) are preferred.
  • Experience with payroll systems and labor law compliance.
