We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN for the Emergency Department (ER) at a leading acute-care hospital in Rochester, NH. This is a contract position with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform necessary procedures and assessments as required.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including floating as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically in the Emergency Department.
- Active Compact License required at submission.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications preferred.
Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 18 head walls, 10 halls.
- Patient Ratios: 5:1.
- Variable staffing model with unit secretaries and tech availability.
- Documentation system: Expanse.
