Join a leading healthcare provider as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical/Tele in Statesboro, GA. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in patient care while enjoying the flexibility of travel nursing.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in an acute care setting, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. This role requires floating between Med Surg and Tele departments, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
  • Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications using bedside scanning technology.

Requirements:

  • RECENT experience in an acute care setting required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Recent Cerner charting experience is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience required.
  • At least 2 completed travel assignments required.

  • Number of beds in unit: 35
  • Monthly department volume: 810
  • Types of Services: Med Surg, Remote Tele, Ortho, Post-op, CHF, Respiratory
  • Patient Ratio: 1:6-7; PCT has 14 patients.
  • Scrub color: navy blue.
  • EMR: Cerner.
  • No call required.

This position is an auto offer only, with no interviews required. Blocked scheduling and 48-hour weekly guarantees are not approved, and holidays may be required based on unit needs.
