Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with mobility and positioning to promote comfort and safety
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment in accordance with facility policies
- Document care provided accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; entry-level accepted
- Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
