Job Details:

  • Weekly Pay: $1,115 gross with additional overtime opportunities
  • Pay Range: Starting at $11/hr; overtime at $30/hr
  • Schedule: Night shift, 10:15 PM – 6:00 AM, every other weekend, rotating holidays
  • Contract Length: 26 weeks, starting on 08/03/2026
  • Additional: Weekly stipend of $675; no RTO during the first 4 weeks of orientation; strict no cell phone policy during shifts

Required Skills:

  • Valid CNA certification in Pennsylvania
  • Prior experience working with psychiatric or mental health residents preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shift and adhere to strict policies
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain patient safety

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) facilities
  • Bilingual abilities in English and another language

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant license in Pennsylvania
  • Prior experience in psychiatric or mental health care settings

Other Requirements:

  • Must be local to Selinsgrove, PA or willing to commute
  • Ability to work rotating holidays and every other weekend
  • Must comply with facility policies including no cell phone use during shifts
