Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Nursing Assistant in an inpatient rehab setting. This role involves essential responsibilities such as monitoring vital signs, managing blood sugars, conducting hourly rounding, assisting with turning and repositioning patients, and providing bathing/showering assistance. This position requires five shifts per week from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with an every other weekend and holiday commitment.

The facility is a state-of-the-art, 59-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced debilitating effects from severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs offer ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We provide customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The facility proudly holds Joint Commission Certification, with specialty Stroke and Brain Injury Certification, and is CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Certified, maintaining high standards for quality and outcomes.

Required Certifications: BLS, PA nursing license or accepted license from a compact state.

Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience in Rehabilitation or Acute Care settings is a plus. Common diagnoses include debility, TBI, and CVA. A compassionate personality is essential for this role.
