Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ER Registered Nurse in Snellville, GA. We are seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care in our Emergency Department (ER). This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics, in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Experience: 1 year; first-time travelers not accepted.

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

General Skills and Work Setting Requirements:

• General ER Ratio / Census: 1:4; 46 rooms with an average daily census of 135.
• Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, SBAR.
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue.

Additional Information:

• RTO: Maximum 7 days.
• Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified otherwise.
• Floating: Yes, possibly to sister campus.
• Call Requirements: None.
• Holidays: Expected to work one major holiday if it falls within the assignment period; two holidays if two major holidays fall within the assignment period; and two out of three holidays if three major holidays fall within the assignment period. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
• Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time, the pushback is 2 weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.
• Aya Offer: Once the candidate has signed and confirmation has been sent, the manager has 48 hours to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines and meets specific facility requirements.
• Locals Accepted: Same rate.
• Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) Hours: Determined by contract length (e.g., 8 hours for an 8-week assignment; 19 hours for a 19-week assignment).
