Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in a leading acute-care hospital in Thomasville, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced RNs looking to work in a dynamic Emergency Department (ER) setting. Our facility features a 24-bed unit with a 4 recliner flex area and is designated as a Level III Trauma Center.

As an ER RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in critical condition. Your expertise will be essential in managing emergencies, performing triage, and supporting patients through various procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer care to patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Perform triage and assess patient needs.
  • Utilize advanced skills such as IV start, conscious sedation, and telemetry monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience.
  • Previous travel experience is required.
  • Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, TNCC, PALS.
  • Skills: Vents, IV Start, Triage, Telemetry, Conscious Sedation.
  • EMR experience with PICIS & Soarian Clinicals is preferred.
  • Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided).

Additional Information:

  • Start date is 3 weeks from offer.
  • Some weekends and holidays may be required.
  • Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission).
  • Qualivis submission form required on all submissions.
  • References, Skills Checklist, updated NURSYS, and a copy of DL to prove a 50-mile radius are required (candidates with an address at or under 30 miles from where assigned will not be considered; 31-50 miles away bill rate will be reduced by $5/hr).
