Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ER Registered Nurse in Thomasville, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Level III Trauma Emergency Department with a 24-bed unit and a 4 recliner flex area. The position offers a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department.
- Perform essential skills such as vents, IV starts, triage, telemetry, and conscious sedation.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience required.
- Previous travel experience is required.
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, TNCC, PALS.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically PICIS & Soarian Clinicals.
- Royal Blue scrubs required (not provided).
Additional Information:
- Some weekends and holidays may be required.
- Minimal to no RTO (must be included on submission).
- Qualivis submission form required on all submissions.
- References, Skills Checklist, updated NURSYS, and a copy of DL to prove a 50-mile radius are necessary (candidates with an address at or under 30 miles from where assigned will not be considered; 31-50 miles away bill rate will be reduced by $5/hr).
