Unit Specifics: BACKFILL! RN ICU/MS Nights needed! The shift is from 7p to 7a, covering 12 hours. The nurse-to-patient ratios are 2:1 to 3:1, ensuring a manageable workload in a critical care setting.
Requirements:
- Years of Experience: 1 year required in ICU
- Weekend Requirement: Yes
- Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS/ENPC
- Floating: The ICU nurse may float to Med-Surg as needed
- Block Schedule: Potentially open to accommodating block schedules, with some 3-in-a-row options available
- Skills Required: Familiarity with ICU drips/sedation and comfort in critical care situations
- Charting: Cerner
- First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
