Join a leading healthcare provider as a Travel RN specializing in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Damariscotta, ME. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients in a supportive environment.
Position Information:
- Role: RN
- Specialty: LTC/SNF
- Shift: 14:45 - 23:15 (8 Hours)
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Weekend Hours: 36 (every other weekend - 8 hour shifts)
- Call Requirements: No
- Years of Experience: At least 1 year plus travel experience
- Float Requirements: Yes, both hallways same level of care
Education & Certifications Required:
- IV certification preferred
- BLS certification required
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 54
- Patient Ratios: Varies
- Equipment: Total lifts, sit to stand lifts, Doppler, EKG, IVs, Feeding tubes
- EMR: PCC and EPIC
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: 1 year
- Type of Patients on Unit: Skilled and long-term care patients, may include dementia care
- Personality Fit: Respectful, team-oriented, and patient-focused
