Required Skills:
- Valid LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- CPR certification
- Familiarity with resident-centered care practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- At least 1 year of experience working in long-term care facilities
- Prior experience with CommuniCare is not accepted.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a set schedule weekly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to commit for a full year in this role
