Join a leading acute-care hospital as an Emergency Department (ER) RN in beautiful Sierra Vista, AZ. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, serving a diverse patient population. Position Information:
- Role: RN
- Specialty: Emergency Nursing
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Weekend Hours: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
- Call Requirements: None
- Patient Ratios: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track
- Patient Population: All (Traumas, STEMIs, psych, cardiac, GI, stroke)
Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
Experience: 2+ years of ER experience preferred, with trauma and pediatric experience a plus.
Personality Fit: We seek hard workers who are resilient, team-oriented, and easy-going.
Dress Code: Scrubs of any color or print are acceptable; non-scrubs, t-shirts, open-toe shoes, hoodies, and leggings are not permitted.
Orientation dates for new hires are as follows: October 12, October 26, November 9, November 23, December 7, and December 21, 2026.
