Join a leading acute-care hospital as a NICU Registered Nurse in Apple Valley, CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level III NICU with a high volume of births, providing essential care to newborns in need. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about neonatal care and are ready to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate families on care procedures and health management for their newborns.
Requirements:
- 2 years of nursing experience required, with at least 1 year in the NICU specialty.
- BCLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are required.
- Must be open to working weekends every other week, with the possibility of exceeding to meet unit needs.
- Local radius is 50 miles; all RTO must be included at the time of submission.
- First-timers are accepted.
