Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in St. Louis Park, MN. This is a contract position offering a competitive pay rate of $102 per hour. We are looking for experienced RNs with a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of recent experience in ICU.
- Active MN RN license, AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required upon submission.
- Prior EPIC experience preferred.
- New graduates are not accepted for this position.
- Will consider candidates with a temporary license, contingent on steps taken to obtain a full MN license.
- RTO must be 7 days or less.
Schedule Details:
- 12-hour shifts, typically 36 hours/week.
- Shifts available from 1900-0730 and 0700-1930.
- Weekend and holiday requirements as needed.
- Floating may be required to PCU, MS, and Tele.
