Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Contract RN in the Level 3-4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This position offers a unique opportunity to provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in a supportive environment. The unit is known for its dedicated staff and advanced medical technology.
Unit Overview:
- Number of Beds: 97
- Number of Staff: 200
- Patient Ratios: 3-4 patients per RN
- Type of Equipment: Medfusion pumps, Alaris, Giraffe incubators, GE monitors
- EMR: CPN, Meditech
Requirements:
- Must Have: Minimum 2 years Level 3 NICU experience
- Preferred: Not first-time traveler; candidates with additional experience will be prioritized
Best Personality Fit: Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate candidates are ideal for this role.
Dress Code: Navy scrubs; no nail polish or artificial nails are permitted.
