Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 28
- Staffing: 1 Director, 1 Manager, CNC, RN, LVN, PCT, US
- Patient Ratios: 1:5-6
- Type of Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines, glucometer, mobilab, Welch Allyn
- EMR: Meditech
Typical Procedures Performed:
- Telemetry monitoring
- Wound care
Required Certifications:
- BLS
Skill Set:
- Must Have: RN license, LVN License, caring and compassionate behaviors
- Preferred: BSN, flexibility, dependability
Best Personality Fit: Caring, willing to work together as a team to meet patient needs.
Floating Areas: Other M/S tele units, ED for inpatient hold patients.
Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue.
Weekends and On Call: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule required for full-time; no call required.
