Our state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital in Plano, TX, provides ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Position Information:

  • Role: RN
  • Specialty: Rehab Patients (post-surgical hips, knees, stroke, TBI)
  • Shift: Nights
  • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
  • Required Certifications: RN; CRRN preferred but not required
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
  • Float Requirements: Yes, if needed (main nursing station and North nursing station)

  • Number of Beds: 40
  • Patient Ratios: 6-7
  • EHR: Cerner
  • Patient Population: Rehab patients 18 and older

First Day Instructions:

  • Scrub Color: Royal Blue, closed toe non-slip shoes. No crocs.
  • Time to Report: Shift starts at 18:45.
  • Who to ask for upon arrival: Nurse Manager Rachel or CNO DeShei.
  • Parking: Free parking on the right side of the building. Please enter through the front door.
