We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join a leading acute-care hospital in Lubbock, TX. This is a contract position with a focus on providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in monitoring patient conditions and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Float between units as needed.
- Provide care for patients requiring CV surgery, trauma, ventilators, chest tubes, CVL, EVD's, and neurosurgery.
- Interpret lab results and make informed decisions regarding patient care.
- Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2.
- Work weekends as required (6 weekend shifts for unit needs).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of travel experience as an ICU RN.
- Experience with critical care procedures and equipment.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00).

Uniform/Dress Code:
- Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN).
- Solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT).
- Print tops are not acceptable attire except in designated areas.
