Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Tyler, TX. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on providing quality care to patients. The Med Surg unit specializes in general medical-surgical and oncology/hematology care, equipped with telemetry capabilities.
The 6 North unit features 36 private rooms, with 18 designated for medical-surgical patients and 18 for oncology patients. Here, you will care for young adult through geriatric oncology and hematology patients at various stages of their disease process, while also accommodating general medical/surgical overflow patients.
Important to note, the facility does not contract travelers residing in the following counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris.
