Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Radiology Tech in Charlotte, NC. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in an OR setting, supporting the department with a focus on patient care and advanced imaging technology.
Department Information: The facility typically operates at 100% inpatient capacity with an average of 120 studies performed daily during the week. You will be part of a team that serves ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient patients, providing imaging services in various settings including the ED, fluoroscopy, and OR.
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Radiology
- Experience in fluoroscopy, OR, portable imaging, and emergency department flow
Technology/Equipment: You will work with advanced technology including EPIC EMR, Philips Diagnost R/F Intelli C, Shimadzu RadSpeed, and GE OEC Elite C-arms.
Scheduling: The position requires on-call availability for 2 shifts per month and a commitment to work 75% of holidays. The typical shift is Monday-Thursday from 7a-5:30p.
