Join a leading acute-care hospital as a MedSurg/Telemetry RN in Brockton, MA. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic float pool setting, providing care across various units. We are seeking experienced RNs who are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in MedSurg and Telemetry units.
- Independently read telemetry strips and respond to patient needs effectively.
- Adapt quickly to different units and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience.
- Proficient in Meditech IVs and telemetry.
- Must pass an on-site exam on Day 1 with an 84% or better (2 attempts).
Required Certifications/Licenses:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years previous float experience.
- Ability to adapt to 5 different MedSurg/Tele units.
Additional Comments:
- No extended RTO; most Fridays will be required.
- No specific schedule requests.
