Join our team as a Travel RN specializing in Endoscopy at a leading acute-care hospital in Webster, TX. This is a contract position with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for dedicated professionals to fill 2 openings for a 13-week assignment.
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 4 rooms
- Staffing: Day Shift - 1 charge RN, 4 RNs, 2 Endo Techs; Night Shift - on-call staff (1 RN, 1 Tech)
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 for procedures, 1:2 in PACU
- EMR: Meditech
Typical Procedures:
- EGD
- Colonoscopy
- ERCP
- Bronchoscopy
- Ion Robot Bronch
- EGD with Ultrasound
Required Skills:
- Endoscopy experience in both GI and Pulmonology
- If no Endoscopy experience, solid PACU experience is required
Preferred Skills:
- PACU experience
Best Personality Fit: Outgoing, team player
Required Certifications:
- BCLS
- ACLS
Floating Areas: PACU, Preop
Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue
On Call Requirements: On call 1-2 days a week and 1 weekend a month
