We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position in Warrensville Heights, OH. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and lab results.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Current Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
- AHA BLS & ACLS certification required.
