Join a leading healthcare provider as a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry in Liberty, MO! We are looking for dedicated and experienced RNs to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a smoke-free facility with a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in orientation and training programs as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry RN experience.
  • Current MO or Compact RN license.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • New graduates will not be considered for this position.

Contract Details:

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks.
  • Scheduled Shift: 12-hour Days from 0645 to 1915.
  • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.
  • Holiday Requirements: Yes, unless requested in RTO.
  • Floating Requirements: Yes.
  • On-Call Requirements: N/A.

Orientation will include a 2-day session at the Kansas City Campus, followed by clinical orientation at the facility. Candidates will be required to complete computer work and will be dismissed to units based on unit needs.

Enjoy biweekly pay with the possibility of one shift cancellation per pay period at no cost to the client and no pay to the employee, provided with a minimum of 2 hours notice. Experience with EMR Altera Sunrise is not required, as it is similar to Cerner.
