Join a leading acute-care hospital as an RN in the MedSurg/Telemetry Float Pool in Boston, MA. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with diverse patient needs. We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to provide high-quality care across various units.
Shift Details: This position requires 12-hour shifts, with a schedule of 36 hours per week, primarily days from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including every other weekend and holiday.
Local vs Travel: Talent residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be compensated at a local rate, which is $10 less than the posted bill rate.
Required Experience: Candidates must have 4+ years of recent acute care experience, with some experience in stepdown required for night shifts. Proficiency in Meditech IVs and telemetry is essential, along with the ability to adapt quickly to different units. A minimum of one recent successful travel contract is required, and candidates must be able to independently read telemetry strips and pass an on-site exam on Day 1 with an 84% or better (2 attempts). Experience in psychiatric care is highly preferred, and strong EPIC experience is also favored.
Preferred Experience: 5+ years of previous float experience.
Required Certifications/Licenses: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.

- 7E: Surgery - 30 Beds
- CMS6: Cardio-Thoracic - 16 Beds
