Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Travel RN in the Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit in Fort Worth, TX. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 10 LDRs, 2 OBED
- Number of Staff: 24 Bedside RNs
- Patient Ratios: 2:1, high risk - 1:1 or 2:1 if stable
- EMR: CPN (Centricity), Meditech
Typical Procedures Performed:
- Cesarean sections
- BTLs/Salpingectomies
Required Certifications:
- Current Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
- ACLS
- NRP
- BLS
- O.R. Circulator
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual
- Scrub tech skills
Best Personality Fit: Open
Floating Areas:
- Postpartum, medical floor (only as a tech)
Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies:
- Weekends and On call: 4 Weekend shifts/month
